About Us
Our Dog Waste Removal Service
Tidy Pups was founded by Cale (TAMU class of '15) with the support of his wife Samantha (TAMU class of '14), and the goal of improving the lives of dog owners in our community by offering hassle-free dog waste removal services. Tidy Pets hopes to expand to serve hundreds of dog owners across Aggieland every month and to create numerous jobs for pet-loving team members.
The original "Tidy Pup" is their 4-year old, red-tri Australian Shepherd named Flynn (who also inspired our logo). He's kept them on their toes since they brought him home in 2021. When they added children to their family, they discovered a new level of appreciation for a clean and tidy yard. No one wants to walk out into a smelly or messy backyard and have to worry about where you or your littles might step. Out of that desire and Cale's entrepreneurial spirit, Tidy Pups was born. No need to be home! As long as we can access your yard, we’ll take care of everything. For your peace of mind, we’ll send a text when we’re headed your way so you’ll always know when to expect us.
We’ll scoop any part of your property where there’s dog waste. Front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and more.
At Tidy Pups, your safety (and your dog’s) is our top priority. We sanitize our tools and shoes between every visit using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also snap a photo of your closed gate after each cleanup, so you can rest easy knowing your pets are secure. And for added peace of mind, every team member is background-checked.
Tidy Pups loves dogs! Unfortunately due to our insurance we aren't able to work with your dog in the yard. This helps us keep costs lower to pass the savings on to our customers.
If your dog is in the yard we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door, calling, and texting you. If we are unable to clean due to your dog in the yard, you will still be charged for the visit. Your technician will pull double duty the following week.
No contracts, no hassle! You can start, pause, or cancel your service anytime by sending us a text/email or giving us a call so we can get your service plan changed/canceled.

With your card on file, we will send your invoice and complete payment on the 1st of each month. This way your service keeps running smoothly without you needing to think about it. Life gets busy, we totally get it.
If you start mid-month, that's no problem. We will charge the remaining cleanups for the month when your first visit is complete. Then, we will start you on the 1st of the month billing cycle on the next new month.
Example:
Bob signed up for weekly services and we will begin the initial cleanup followed by every Monday cleanup on 3/20/2025. He is paying $100 per month for Every Monday Cleanups.
The agreed rate for the initial cleanup is $47. On the first cleanup (3/20/2025), Bob will be billed for the first cleanup ($47) and the remainder of the month (2 more cleanups) on 3/20/2025.
(Amount Charged on 3/20/2025):
Initial Cleanup: $47
Remainder of March Cleanups (3/24, 3/31): $50 (for this example)
Total: $97
Next Payments to Be Processed:
4/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)
5/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)
6/1: $100 (Recurring Cleanups)

Dog waste is considered hazardous and proper disposal really matters for your yard and the environment.
With our Tidy Start and Tidy Yard plans, we double-bag the waste and place it in your trash can. If the can isn’t accessible, we’ll leave it neatly bagged by the side of your house.
If you’re on our Tidy Premiere plan, we take it a step further by hauling the waste away to dispose of it at a certified waste facility.
