2. Pricing Policy

– In most cases, your quote will be accurate. However, the final pricing isn’t locked in until we’ve had a chance to check out your yard during the first visit. If anything needs to change, we’ll always let you know before we get started.

– If you decide to pause service for an extended period of time, no problem. We will just need to do an initial cleaning before getting you back on our regular schedule. The initial clean will be subject to the normal fees associated with an initial clean.


3. Payment Policy

– Payment for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.

– If you continue with monthly service after your initial cleanup, you will be charged for the rest of the month at your second visit.

– Payments for recurring services are due on the first day of each month. Payment is required prior to receiving services.

– If payment is late, you will be subject to a $15 late fee.

– If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is received.

– The monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar and averaged out over 12 months. For months with 5 weeks instead of 4, you will not be charged for the extra visit as it is built into the monthly pricing.

– When first adding a debit or credit card to your customer profile, a test transaction may occur to verify. No money is taken out of your account for this.


4. Weather Policy

– Tidy Pups operates 12 months a year and we will always show up as long as weather conditions are safe. Light rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions won't keep us away as long as our team is safe.

– If we are unable to complete your service for one week due to unsafe conditions, we will perform double duty the following week. You will still be charged for the full month.


5. No Access Policy

– If your technician is unable to get into to your yard because the gate has been locked, you will still be charged for the cleaning. However, your technician will pull double duty the following week.

– Your technician will knock at the door and make attempts to call and text you before skipping your yard that day. You will be notified via the email as well.


6. Dangerous Pet Policy

– Tidy Pups loves dogs! Unfortunately due to our insurance we aren't able to work with your dog in the yard. This helps us keep costs lower to pass the savings on to our customers.

– If your dog is in the yard we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door, calling, and texting you. If we are unable to clean due to your dog in the yard, you will still be charged for the visit. Your technician will pull double duty the following week.


7. Customer Responsibility

– Ensure we can safely access the yard. 

– Notify us of any special concerns (e.g., loose boards, escape-prone pets, hazards).

– Keep grass trimmed and yard generally maintained for thorough cleaning.


8. Cancellation Policy

– Tidy Pups does not have contracts and clients can cancel services at any time for any reason with 48 hours notice. Clients can call or email to cancel as well as update their subscription plan through the customer portal.

– Clients that pause service for extended periods of time will be subject to initial cleanup fees when they return to their monthly services.

– If a customer cancels services halfway through the month, Tidy Pups will complete the month, but not renew for the following month.


9. Liability

– Tidy Pups LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by pre-existing property issues, pet behavior, or failure to disclose hazards.

10. Modifications

– We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available via email or our website.

12. Holidays & Time Off

Tidy Pups LLC is a small service business and reserves the right to take recognized holidays and up to two (2) weeks of vacation time per calendar year. During these times, regular service may be temporarily paused. Customers will receive at least two weeks notice via email, text, or both prior to any planned time off.

When service resumes, we will perform a double-duty cleanup to account for the built up waste. We don’t issue refunds or credits for this service break, since we’ll complete a full cleanup when service resumes to get your yard back in shape.

More Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t offer set arrival times for our pooper scooper service, but we totally understand the need for predictability. To keep our pricing family-friendly, we optimize our routes each night based on location and drive time. 

We keep things simple with three easy plans. Tidy Start, Tidy Yard, and Tidy Premiere. This way you can pick what works best for your yard and your pups. Whether you want bi-weekly or weekly cleanups, there’s a plan that fits. 


Most of our clients choose weekly service and end up paying between $95 and $135 a month. This depends on the plan chosen and the frequency of clean ups desired.

Great question! If your service day lands on a major holiday, we’ll skip that week and do a double duty cleanup the following week to catch everything up. Since there will be two weeks' worth of waste, the regular charge still applies.
Absolutely! We sanitize all our tools after every cleanup using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of germs and keep your pets, your yard, and your family safe and healthy.

1. Your yard must be easily accessible


2. To help us do our best work, we ask that lawns be regularly mowed and free of heavy leaves or debris. Fall is lovingly known in our world as 'sneaky poop season' and while we’re good, we can only scoop what we can see!


3. Please make sure gates are free of snow and ice, and unlocked when we arrive. If you’ve shared a gate code with us, we’ll always make sure it’s securely locked before we leave.


4. Dogs be left indoors due to our insurance requirements.


5. If you know our services will not be needed that week, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

At Tidy Pups, we proudly back our dog waste removal with a 24-hour, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your yard is accessible and free of overgrowth or heavy debris, and you’re not happy with our service, we’ll send a scoop tech back out to make it right—no questions asked.

Why just 24 hours? Because let’s be honest, your dog’s not waiting around for a customer satisfaction window to close. We can guarantee a clean yard, but we can’t guarantee your pup won’t celebrate it five minutes later.
